Sentry Studios

Atlanta's Hip Hop scene has long been considered the epicenter for up and coming talent and top charting songs with its abundance of highly skilled producers and song writers. Sentry Studios had been contacted by Greg Street, a widely popular radio DJ host of Atlanta's V103 and Hot 107.9 at the time, to have director Elan Brooks to assist in spearheading the production of several music videos for an artist he was promoting at the time. After scouting the locations and laying out the concepts production began immediately. It was clear from the moment Cyhi began performing on the set of the first music video we knew we were involved in working with an artist that had some exceptional lyrical talent. "Studda", which features DJ Drama and Greg Street in a local shoe boutique shopping as they happen to run in to the young music artist and he requests to demonstrate his rapping skills to the two industry leaders. The second music video in the feature is title "I'm 100" which was filmed a now popular production and photography location Krogg Street Tunnel by the new Krogg Street Market development. After releasing the double feature music video title on the popular World Star Hip Hop website the videos began racking up views as lighting speed. At the time of the release the video was getting a significant amount of attention in the industry and sparked a lot of interest in Cyhi to the degree that he garnered the full attention of rapper producer legend Kanye West which he then featured on his blog and later signed to his recording label Good Music. Cyhi went on to write and produce songs with several top industry professionals to the likes of Kanye himself as well as Jay Z.
